The commission rate is determined based on parameters such as your monthly transaction volume/annual turnover target and the business model of your website. After evaluation, the most suitable commission rates are determined, and you will be presented with a personalized offer.
As a CoinPays merchant, with a single contract and integration, you can actively use the Virtual POS of the most used banks on your website and offer your customers the option to pay in installments with credit cards from these banks. Cards that can be used for installment payments: Advantage, Axess, Bankkart, Bonus, CardFinans, Maximum, Paraf, Sağlam Kart, World Kart. However, installment payments are not yet available for cryptocurrency transactions.
Your applications are evaluated during business hours (Weekdays 09:00-18:00). Your application will be finalized within 2 hours at the latest. Applications made for pre-application will be notified at least 2 weeks before the departure date.
CoinPays requests different documents depending on the type of business. These documents will be included in the email sent by your customer representative after the application. Generally, the documents requested from you will be Tax Certificate, Signature Circulars, Identity Document, and Residence Certificate. In addition, you will need to provide us with a bank account information and a crypto wallet belonging to your business.
For CoinPays application, you don’t need to have a website; you can also apply through your business’s social media accounts.
